The Best Ice Cream Parlor in Valparaíso, Chile?

I tried this ice cream parlor on the recommendation of my AirBNB host. It is very centrally located in the historic area. The large red awnings made it easy to find as you are walking around. I liked it so much I went back more than once during my trip.

They have a dining area where you can sit a table and order from a larger selection of items. Inside there is a wider variety of items, like coffee, churros or other desserts. 

The prices listed on the sign are in Chilean Pesos, and one scoop of ice cream cost about $2.75 in US dollars.

They have special flavors like manjar and passion fruit, as well as standards like chocolate and strawberry.

They also have a window facing the sidewalk where you can order an ice cream cone to go without going inside. This is what I did, when walking back to my AIrBNB.

They accepted credit cards. The credit card terminal that they used added an extra charge for using an international credit card.
