Fuente Chilena has multiple locations in Santiago.

Fuente Chilena was recommended to me by an AirBNB host as a place to get traditional Chilean food. They have a number of different locations in Santiago, and are quite affordable. If you are looking for the kind of place where you can just chill and have a beer and a simple hot meal, this is a great place.

It has a bit of a pub feel to it, and they have a lot of different types of drinks available. They also have televisions playing sports.

Most of the food they serve are meat sandwiches. The sandwiches are available with different cuts of meat, and then you choose the style of toppings. They also have hot dogs and salads.

They also have appetizers of traditional empanadas. They can be filled with cheese, cheese and shrimp, or pino. Pino is a filling that is common in Chile, which has ground beef and usually some combination of onions, olives, raisins, and hard boiled eggs. On the suggestion of the server, we ordered a variety sampler of the empanadas. It was a great way to get to try a lot of different flavors.

I also ordered a sandwich. You pick what type of meat you want in your sandwich, and I picked churrasco for the meat, which was like brisket. Then you pick how you want the sandwich prepared. I picked Italian, which meant it was topped with mayonnaise, smashed avocado, and sliced tomatoes. They were very generous with the quantity of smashed avocado.
